Healing with Crystals
Choose the corresponding crystal and for 30 minutes, listen to relaxing music as you lay it on your heart chakra for energy healing. You can also carry it around with you in your pocket or in a medicine pouch around your neck. Drinking and using topical Elixirs are also great for healing.

Historical Uses: Traditionally known as the good fortune and protection stone. The Chinese regard it as holding the Five Great Virtues-wisdom, justice, modesty, courage, purity- and five happinesses-wealth, old age, health, natural death, and love. Their most precious stone, they associated jade with purity, long life, fertility, and vitality of the soul, and placed it in high status corpses to slow decomposition and purify the soul. The Indigenous people used the stone to cure kidney diseases, the English used it to heal spleen stones and gallstones, Muslims wore it to protect against injury, and in Magic, it was used to work with Earth’s elements.
