When it comes to daily skin care, you can make your own simple concoction using up to three different essential oils for your facial spray. Use a dark blue or brown glass 30 ml. bottle with a spray cap, which you can purchase in most health food stores, and fill it up with bottled water. Depending on your selection of oils, simply use up to 8 drops per oil, shake, roll in the palm of your hands to infuse your vibration, and store in a dark cabinet with as little heat and moisture as possible. It’s as easy as that.
As you have noticed, when it comes to selecting your oils, you have many choices. The same goes for daily skin care. But make sure to check the list below to not select photosensitive oils as part of your daily skin care. I find that using a lavender base, works every time for every condition. In my personal mixture, I also use tea tree as a staple. When I want some added colour in my face, I add rosemary because it is good for circulation. Depending on the condition of your skin, and the aromas you are most attracted to, just have fun being your own chemist.
I will also add that since I started making my own skin care, it’s been years since I have visited a professional facialist, that goes to show you how much commercial skin products simply feed the service industry. By re-creating the same problems over and over we have opted for a business model that survives on destruction. Instead, we can opt to use beauty services and specialists to build upon what already is working, this way we continuously improve the health of our skin, which also happens to be the largest eliminative organ in the body.

Uses: facial spray, tonic, mask, oil, lotion, cream, compress
*Scrubs can be used once a week on face and all over entire body
*Depending on your age and skin type, I would use tonics less than more because they are drying Once you find the right ingredients for your daily spray cleanser, this should reduce your oils and skin problems, eliminating the need for tonic.
